X.district Szárnyas utca housing estate between 1955-60 (architect Emil Zöldy, Tibor Csordás, István Árkai, Árpád Mester). In recent years, real estate development in the area has started, population has increased, and there was a need to expand the GP service in the area. The Municipality of District X had a vacant property in one of the iconic condominium buildings, which was appointed for this project. The circular part of the building was home to the ‘Tengerszem presszó’, hence the name, which later served as a bakery then as a foundation school. It was required to open three new entrances separately from the condominium entrance. The round building is used for the healthy and sick children clinics, while the condominium part is for the adult clinic. In the circular building, the doctor’s offices are formed in box-shaped rooms, rotated to each other, with metal mesh cladding on the outside, on which wild grapes are ran up. The facade of the building is also renovated, and the public space between the building and Üllői út has been renewed.
