As a result of new parceling, we had to design the building on a relatively small, flat plot. There was no need for a basement level, so the garage was placed next to the entrance. The main spaces were organised in the back garden. In this building, the kitchen area merged completely with the high-ceilinged space of the dining-living room. The kitchen was illuminated by a large sandblasted glass window, and the kitchen counter was part of the wood-clad front box. The cooking counter appeared as flooting item with an exposed 
concrete surface. The master bedroom was moved downstairs, the children’s upstairs. A gallery was added towards the large space. The building is formally the most compact, consisting of a single mass of brick.
