The design task was to build on a plot of land in the city centre, apartments with underground parking. The street and courtyard lanes have been built, the inner garden has been compressed with the inner courtyard of the neighbouring plot. The façade is exposed concrete and a glass wall, in front of the glass a metal mesh curtain.
