The building is situated on a hillside with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Entering the house in the centre, the living room/kitchen/dining room group is on the left, the garage is on the right, on the ground floor. The bedrooms are upstairs . A large open-covered terrace was required, two of which were created above each other, becoming a prominent feature of the house. The living room is open to the panoramic view, and a brick fireplace with a unique pattern was designed in the axis of the space, which can be used to heat practically the whole house. The façade is covered with exposed brickwork and render, the terraces are made of wood.
