In 2012 the Piarist Order took over the institutional area from the Congregatio Jesu. School buildings, a gym and a dormitory can be found on the property. The reconstruction and extension of the ground floor barracks building, which was previously used as convent building, was planned to create a kindergarten building for 3 groups. The main functions are located on the ground floor, with offices and engineering on the first floor.
