The building is designed into the hillside of Óbuda. The plot division is interesting, extending long from the street and sloping gently down to the end of the plot. The living room is oriented to the west due to the planting, so its double-height mass faces the street. The main design consideration was that the living spaces (living room-kitchen-dining room) should be open and harmonious with each other, following the family's daily rhythm. A covered-open terrace was designed along with the length of the building with a series of columns. The main mass was covered with brick paving.
